If you are unhappy with a product* that you purchase from Spices & Powders for any reason, simply tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or provide you with a full refund for the purchase price and cover the shipping cost to return the items to us.

* Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages in any of our larger bulk sizes (5 lbs, 10 lbs, or 25 lbs) unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part. For our liquid flavorings and extracts, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles larger than 8 fl oz. We cannot accept returns on opened packages of vanilla beans in quantities larger than 5 beans. We strongly encourage you to try inspect these products carefully prior to opening or order our products in smaller sizes before ordering larger/bulk quantities
